Refund and Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
This policy applies to all customers worldwide, unless otherwise required by local law.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a partial refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us through the contact page within the 14-day window. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Used or damaged items
• Items returned outside the 14-day return period

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

We reserve the right to deny a return or refund if the product does not meet the conditions outlined above.
